The name ‘Icarus’ comes from a time way before ours, but from 2600 B.C on the small island of Crete.
The story is based on Daedalus and his son Icarus, in a time of rich innovation. Daedalus was a keen and genius inventor and one day created beeswax wings for his son Icarus, allowing him to take flight and sore.
Despite the ending of this story (Icarus drowning...) I take great inspiration from this tale. My father also, much like Daedalus, was a genius in his own way. He was a great businessman, to which I must credit him for a vast number of my skills today.
His honest and happy character made way for an excellent business persona and stole the heart of all his clientele, building a trusting and supportive following. The skills he expressed around me have stuck and with that we at Icarus can promise the same...
